Villa Alegria
The quiet and well-presented community of Calabay Parc is the ideal location for visitors who wish to access the many World class attractions of Central Florida or use it as a base to explore the wider area and beaches. Supermarkets and restaurants are a 10 minute drive and there is a large mall at Posner Park about 15 minutes away. Champions gate Town centre and commercial area is a 15 minutes’ drive away.
On entering the villa there is a seating area with corner sectional sofa and armchairs providing adequate seating. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit and a large fridge/freezer. The comfortable dining area has seating for 6 where you can eat formally or informally. The main lounge patio doors lead to the pool area with an “L” shaped patio deck with two small plastic patio tables, and 4 sun loungers.
The sparkling large kidney shaped swimming pool is ready when you are and is ideal for all ages to enjoy.
The Master bedroom has queen bed, walk in closet, TV and en-suite bathroom with corner tub, his and hers basins, separate walk in shower cubicle and WC. Also upstairs there is a seating area with TV for you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Further Bedrooms are set out conveniently as Bedroom’s 2 and 3 have Queen beds, TV, large double closet and en-suite bathroom with bath with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 4 has a full bed and storage area. Bedroom 5 has a full bed and double closet with the bedroom 6 having twin beds and a double closet. There are two further family bathrooms; one with shower, basin and WC, the other with bath/shower, basin and WC.
